The cartridge stacks fifteen stages, including KDF-55, activated carbon, calcium sulfite, and fine screens. Together they reduce chlorine, heavy metals, rust, and sediment from the line before the water reaches you.
The spray face is engineered for a dense, even pattern, and most reviewers say pressure held up better than they expected. If your building already runs low pressure, a filter cannot add more.
Every three months with daily use. The head opens by hand, the old cartridge lifts out, the new one drops in. It takes about a minute.
